Expanding Community Impact Through Collaboration

Organizations serving underserved urban and rural communities are often expected to address increasingly complex challenges with limited resources.

At PathWays Institute, we believe meaningful and sustainable impact requires collaboration.

Part of our mission is to support organizations already doing important work in underserved communities by helping expand access to education and training opportunities that may otherwise be unavailable due to financial or operational limitations.

Through the support of Metrics2Results (M2R), the founding organization of PathWays Institute, qualified organizations may receive no-cost access to existing and future online education and training resources designed to support:

• Workforce readiness

• Professional and leadership development

• Financial literacy

• Entrepreneurship education

• Behavioral and personal development

We believe that helping individuals strengthen their employability, financial capability, communication skills, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial knowledge benefits more than the individual participant. Stronger workforce participation, healthier financial behaviors, and increased entrepreneurship contribute to stronger local economies, reduced dependency on public systems, and broader economic growth that benefits entire communities.

We are especially interested in collaborating with organizations serving socioeconomically disadvantaged or underserved populations, including:

• Nonprofits

• Schools and educational institutions

• Workforce development agencies

• Community centers

• Faith-based organizations

• Youth-serving organizations

• Reentry and transitional programs

If your organization is working to help individuals achieve greater career success, financial well-being, and long-term self-sufficiency, we would welcome a conversation regarding how PathWays Institute may support your efforts.

Together, we can help expand access to education and training that strengthens individuals, families, and communities.
