From open seats to workforce impact—without added complexity.

Trade schools across the U.S. are facing rising acquisition costs, uneven enrollment, and increasing demand for skilled talent.

PathWays Institute was created to address a parallel challenge—limited access to workforce training in underserved communities.

We partner with trade schools to solve both.

Three Ways to Partner

1. Scholarship Funding (Cash Contribution) Support PathWays-administered scholarships(May be tax-deductible—consult your advisor)

2. Program Access (Seats / Tuition Support) Allocate seats or offer tuition flexibility to PathWays-referred candidates—helping fill capacity with motivated students

3. Hybrid Partnership (Most Common) Combine both to align enrollment growth with measurable community impact

What This Delivers

  • Increased seat utilization

  • Lower cost per enrollment

  • Access to new candidate pipelines

  • Stronger employer and community positioning

We operate nationally through a network-driven, virtual model, connecting qualified candidates across markets—without reliance on physical locations.

PathWays Institute was established by the team behind Metrics2Results, https://www.m2r.training/with a proven track record in workforce training and program delivery.

Most partners begin with a small pilot (5–10 students) to evaluate results.

If you are open to a structured, low-friction way to expand enrollment while creating meaningful impact, we welcome a brief conversation.
